​WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY

It all started in 2004 in Grandma’s front yard with just three taps and a turkey fryer. What began as a small family adventure has grown into a thriving operation with over 2,000 taps and nearly 10 miles of tubing. Along the way, we have embraced modern technology, using a three-post reverse osmosis system, a 20-panel solar array, and a 3’x12’ pellet-fired evaporator, the only one of its kind in the area. Despite our continued growth and modernization, we still hang a few buckets to collect sap the old-fashioned way, one drop at a time, reminding us where we began.
