When to call:  The cell phone is usually your best bet for a swift response, but we don't have great service at the sugar house.  The home phone is always a good bet out-of-season and during weekdays.  If we don't answer, please leave a message.

We're old-school; technology is not always our friend.  We check and response to our emails and facebook messages regularly, but we prefer a good-old fashioned phone call.  Additionally, facebook messages are usually answered by our sons Eric and Tom, both of whom work full-time and are likely to direct you to call Dan or Ruth to fill any order or make an appointment.  As such, facebook is a great way to have questions answered, but orders and logistics are best directed to the email or through a phone call.
