Maple Grading: Did you know that maple syrup comes in many varieties? As the season progresses, the sap changes, resulting in a progressively darker finished product with stronger taste. See the chart for the official grading standards and descriptions. If you're struggling to choose, amber is a great middle of the road choice, but we prefer dark as it has the most consistent strong maple flavor.
BOURBON BARREL AGED MAPLE SYRUP
Amber syrup, aged to perfection in bourbon barrels from Lock 1 Distillery in Phoenix, NY. Although this syrup is alcohol free, it packs a bourbon flavored punch the complements the sweet and rich flavor of our maple syrup perfectly.
Enjoy this tasty treat as a glaze, on ice cream, or straight from the bottle!

Cinnamon Infused Syrup
Liquid French Toast! Enjoy our fantastic cinnamon infused amber maple syrup. Each bottle is filled and a cinnamon stick is placed inside to infuse the syrup with this rich complimentary flavor.
Enjoy on anything you'd normally put syrup on, but particularly excellent on french toast!

Maple Granulated Sugar
Maple syrup is a healthier alternative to traditional white cane sugar, brown sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and even honey! Maple sugar can be used in a variety of ways, from a 1:1 sugar substitute in baking, mixed with hot cereal, a cookie topping, or a dry rub or brine for cooking. The more you play with it, the more uses you will find!

Maple Cream
Also called Maple Butter, this 100% pure maple product is a favorite of those "in the know." If you've never tried it, you owe it to yourself to give it a go. This spreadable form of maple syrup is amongst our favorite products. Put it on anything you might put peanut butter on, in your coffee, or, my personal favorite on a plain donut. Once you find your favorite uses for this gem, you'll never want to be without it!
This product should be refrigerated, but if it separates (like a natural peanut butter), stir it up and it will go right back to normal.
